The Spread Eagle restaurant in Greenwich, South London
The Spread Eagle dates from the early seventeenth century as a coaching inn and tavern. It was owned until his death by Dick Moy a well-known local antiques and book dealer and restaurateur. The current restaurant includes his collection of paintings and prints related to over 300 years of Greenwich history including portraits of past diners at the restaurant such as Harry Houdini.
