K-2 is the world's second highest mountain. It is on the border between Pakistan and China. This picture is taken from the south, in Pakistan. The earliest climbing attempts were on the Abruzzi ridge, which is on the right side in this photo. The photo was taken from Concordia, where two galciers meet to form the Baltoro Glacier.
