The child Âand Âthe Âchild's relatives Âhave Âcome Âto Âa medical Âclinic Âin a remote rural region of Kenya. Because the burn was not Âtreated, Âcomplications developed and now the child cannot walk on the foot. ÂThe foot cannot be operated Âon until the child stops growing, hence the fitting of this cushioning support Âto Âenable the child to walk again.
