In later years Mr. Frazer was privi-leged to enjoy the fruits of his earlylabors on the Pacific Coast, having livedto see the day when not a car wasallowed to enter any of the Pacific Coastor Rocky Mountain roads unless it wasequipped with an air brake, and no trainpermitted to move on these roads unlessthe entire train was so equipped. Mr. Frazer was the oldest travelinginspector in the service of the Westing-house Air Brake employ, and washeld in high esteem by both his officialand employee associates.
