175 cc 18 bhp top speed 87 mph Introduced at the 1956 Milan motorcycle show Alfredo Bianchi s Chimera attracted enormous attention for its fully enclosed bodywork and its techinal innovation which included a horizontal rear shock absorber Though stylistically and technologically ahead of its time teh Chimera was not a commercial success From 1960 to 1978 Aermacchi was owned by Harley Davidson
