All went eerily silent in The Hague, at (22:00), as the country, still under official curfew -lockdown, until (04:30) on Wednesday 28 April. A maximum of two people may also be seated at the table, unless they form a household. Shops and weekly markets will also reopen and shopping by ‘Appointment Only’ no longer applies.
