Rhett Johnson discuss a plan on how to observe and record damage from Hurricane Harvey aboard Naval Air Station Corpus Christi as part of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Damage Assessment Team (DAT) and the Contingency Engineering Response Teams (CERT). The teams are on board to assess damage to the installation and to develop, plan and oversee restoration of base facilities affected by the hurricane.
