Eight-armed, blue-complexioned Bhairava, carrying in his right hands a sword, trishula (trident), parashu (axe) and ghanta (bell). In his left hands are the gada (mace), ankusha (elephant goad), bow and danda (staff). In his hair nestles the goddess Ganga.
