OKINAWA, Japan (Nov. 6, 2018) Steelworker Constructionman Zachary Vitale, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, shovels displaced sand from a picnic pavilion that was rendered unusable onboard White Beach Naval Facility in Okinawa, Japan, as a result of a recent typhoon that impacted the island.
