South Africans demonstrated at the South African embassy in London as part of a worldwide "Red October" campaign to highlight the plight of white South Africans, farmers in particular, who have been murdered. They say that there is an orchestrated campaign of genocide against white South Africans. Ex ANC Youth Wing Leader Julius Malema was known for encouraging gatherings to sing "Kill The Boer" (Kill the farmers). The largely white crowd of about 50 carried old Transvaal and Apartheid era flags as well as the new South African flag.
