Wright Flyer Model H, 1914

Wright Model H flying at Simms Station, Huffman Prairie, Ohio, USA in 1914. Simms station was part of the Wright flying field and flight school. The model H had a fuselage covered with canvas, and was the first Wright aircraft to have with dihedral wings. The wings, which have a slight upsweeping curve towards the tips, increase the aircraft's stability against sideways motion.
