Ingrid Brown, the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARK) with 3rd Division Sustainment Brigade, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Aug. 1, 2021. The Army's SHARP program is the Army's integrated, proactive effort to end sexual harassment and sexual assault within our ranks.
