A passenger waves to an assembled crowd from the rear observation deck of the American Association of Private Railcar Owners (AAPRCO) special train run by Metra as it passed through Bartlett, Illinois on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2022 on its way from Chicago Union Station to Elgin. The train, at this point was lead by Metra heritage units METX90 (Chicago & North Western) and METX104 (City of Chicago). The special trains were part of AAPRCO's annual convention in Chicago in September 2022.
