Hairy frogfish (Antennarius hispidus). This frogfish has skin formations that provide camouflage, allowing it to hide among algae and coral. It attracts prey by wiggling a lure (centre left) on its forehead, which simulates a small fish or shrimp. It lies motionless for long periods, pouncing when its prey comes near. Photographed in Lembeh Strait, Sulawesi, Indonesia.
