A walker & his dog pause to check the map on Pont Scethin, Ardudwy, Snowdonia, Wales, an C18th bridge used by drovers and the London to Harlech coach.

A walker and his dog pause to check the map on Pont Scethin, an 18th century humpback bridge over the Afon Ysgethin. This ancient route, through the wilds of Ardudwy above Barmouth, was used by drovers and the London to Harlech coach travelling between the Mawddach estuary and Cwm Nantcol. Looking ENE from the track leading back W to Bron-y-foel, the coach route runs downhill to the bridge from the N (L) and heads off SE (R).
