Green won this trophy with a score of 1293-69X, which broke the 2000 record of 1287-35X that was set by the Marine Corps. Green also won this award in 2012. Green, the Bogalusa, Louisiana native, had a particularly outstanding competitive season. In less than three months, he claimed 14 individual championship titles and contributed to six team championship trophy wins.
