Cooks from the Wiesbaden Strong Teams Cafe Dining Facility (DFAC) brought a Mobile Kitchen Trailer (MKT) out to the Wackernheim Regional Range Facility on 30 March 2016 to feed the Army Europe Soldiers. Here Spc. Michelle Santiago-Lopez whom assisted in preparing the meals is looking for a serving utensil to use. The MKT is compact, but everything has a place inside it.
