News of the World Hitler Cartoon Aug 27th 1939 (four days before commencement of WWII. The TV bears a label which reads 'A present from Radiolympia. Radiolympia, aka Radio Show, was a pioneering exhibition of radio and later television equipment, held each year at Olympia in London, England. The first high-definition television transmission was made in a test by the BBC from the exhibition on 26 August 1936, the day before the cartoon appeared in the newspaper.
