SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – Aileen Lopez hands out plates filled with traditional Puerto Rican Thanksgiving food inside the Centro de Bendicion on Nov. 22. Serving those in need within a San Juan neighborhood hard hit by Hurricane Maria, approximately 30 volunteers provided a free holiday meal of roasted turkey, fruit, macaroni salad, and rice and beans to more than 60 patrons on the day before Thanksgiving.
