USS MAKIN ISLAND, At Sea (November 10, 2016) - Marines with Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 4th Marines, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, perform push-ups on the flight deck of the USS Makin Island (LHD-8), during a physical training session in commemoration of the Marine Corps’ 241st birthday Nov. 10, 2016. Marines and Sailors with BLT 1/4 conducted a number of physical workouts in the morning with the total count of each exercise totaling to 241 to celebrate the Marine Corps 241st birthday.
