Asanga amerasinghe shows off his ice scultpure in London's finaincial Canary Wharf. Celebrating the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Year, the London Ice Sculpting Festival has created giant diamond from ice. The annual fesival takes place in Canary Wharf. Canary Wharf is part of Tower Hamlets, which is one of 20 local authorities bidding to be named the UJ's next City as part of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
