ARLINGTON, Va. (April 10, 2019) Master-at-Arms 1st Class Justin Monson, a finalist for 2018 Navy Reserve Sailor of the Year, signs a remembrance registry intended for the families of those who lost their lives in the 9/11 attack on the Pentagon. Monson toured the Pentagon as part of a week-long selection board process that will determine the Navy’s top Reserve Sailor.
