YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 16, 2022) Command Master Chief Robert Beachy, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's (CFAY) command master chief, greets attendants and introduces guest speakers during the 2022 Ombudsman Appreciation Dinner hosted by CFAY’s Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC). For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
