Water sports centre at the western end of Whitlingham Great Broad near Norwich. Built using traditional boat building craft methods, and with a 36 metre Teflon roof in the shape of a resting bird with outstretched wings, the building has been shortlisted for the Prime Minister's Better Public Building Award 2006.
