Clare, Ireland for over a century and a half. Icalled here in July, 1897, and was much aided in the study ofthe history of the Stackpole family. Edenvale is a fine resi-dence and a large estate of land. George Hogan Stacpoole (George^ William*, Clement,Robert-, Bartholomew^, born 1745, died 1812. He had, be-sides other children, sons, Andrew and William was born 7 Nov. 1776. By his first wife, BridgetComyn, he had a daughter, Jane, who married Richard JohnDelazouche Stacpoole. By his third wife, Diana, daughterof Daniel Finucane of Stamer Park, he had a son Williamof Ballyalla, who was born 9 Oct. 1830 and died 10 July was member of Parliament for Ennis in 1860, 65, 68,and 74.
