Soldiers of 1st Battalion, 14th Field Artillery Regiment, 75th Field Artillery Brigade, Fort Sill, OK, strap down their M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) on a Air Force C-130J Super Hercules at Henry Post Army Airfield in preparation for cold load HIMARS rehearsals on March 5, 2019, at Fort Sill. The exercise is in preparation for “Operation Phantom Flight,” scheduled for April 2019, which will test the unit’s ability to successfully load and secure the HIMARS and link with the aircraft’s Joint Precision Airdrop System (JPADS) while in flight.
