A rugged mountainous district lying northeast of Chiengmai innorthern Siam, which had yielded interesting zoological material inprevious years, was again the scene of collecting activities duringAugust and September; the special peaks where camps were pitchedwere Doi Phra Chao and Doi Hua Mot, the last reaching a height ofnearly 6,000 feet.
