Goose-quill that was used by Emperor Alexander II of Russia to sign the register of the general meeting of the State Council on abolishing serfdom in Russia on 28 January 1861 on display at the exhibition dedicated to Emperor Alexander II in the State Historical Museum in Moscow, Russia. The goose-quill is attached to the cardboard with certification endorsement of the Minister of the Interior Sergey Lanskoy in the wooden frame. The exhibition marking the 200th anniversary of the birth of Alexander II runs till 18 October 2018.
