The Marines he meets will be participating in Exercise Cold Response 2022 (Ex CR22). Ex CR22 is a Norwegian-led exercise designed to enhance military capabilities, test II MEF’s ability to work alongside our NATO allies and partners and adapt to challenging climates while training on offensive and defensive tactical operations. Exercise Cold Response is part of a regularly occurring series of exercises in northern Europe where II MEF executes the ability to deploy and train Marines and Sailors in support of our European NATO allies and partners.
