(Oct. 13, 2017) — Information Systems Technician 3rd Class Barrick Campbell, a native of Houston, rings eight bells from the bridge on board the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), in recognition of the Navy's 242nd Birthday, Oct. 13. Eight bells used to signal the end of the watch, represents the end of the current birthday year.
