Real club de Golf de las Palmas is the oldest golf club in Spain. It was established in 1891 by the large British community who lived and worked in Las Palmas. Due to the demand for building land in the city, a new course was built and the club moved to its present location (close to the crater “Bandama”) on the outskirts of the city in 1957.
