Airman 1st Class Aaron Weathers guides Staff Sgt. Justin Teuscher, 407th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Utilities Shop, while plowing for a potential water pipe route Oct. 1, 2008. Utilities shop Airmen are preparing the phase three build up site, which will contain trailers. The base will eventually be given back to the Iraqi military and left in better condition. Weathers and Teuscher are deployed from Warren Air Force Base, Wyo.
