JACKSONVILLE, FL. (Oct. 22, 2022)Five year old Lucas Verges and his father 1LT Verges of the Florida Army National Guard were able to see the the pilots view of a C-130T Hercules from VR-62 during the Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville Airshow. The show celebrated the Blue Angels’ heritage, which traces back to 1946 at the squadron’s birthplace of NAS Jacksonville. The show also featured aerial performances by other military and civilian flight teams, live entertainment, and the opportunity to see military aircraft and vehicles and the Special Operations Command Parachute Team.
