Lt. Gen. Timothy J. Kadavy, director of the Army National Guard, administers the oath of enlistment to 60 young men and women who joined the ranks of the Army National Guard, during a future Soldier swearing-in ceremony. The ceremony was part of Twilight Tattoo performance, featuring Soldiers form the 3d Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) and The Army Band “Pershing’s Own.”
