Che Guevara impersonator Jose Lopez waits near a polling station for President Hugo Chavez to arrive on February 15 2009 in a slum in Caracas Venezuela. Chavez asked Venezuelans to vote on a proposed amendment to their National Constitution to abolish presidential term limits.
