At a change of command ceremony on Travis Air Force Base Aug. 8, 2015, Col. Raymond A. Kozak assumed command of the 349th Air Mobility Wing from Col. Matthew J. Burger. Kozak will lead more than 3,100 combat-ready Citizen Airmen, flying and maintaining the C-17 Globemaster III, C-5 Galaxy and KC-10 Extender mobility aircraft. Col. Matthew J.
