N. B. Grubb, son of Silas and Elizabeth {jiee Bertolet)Grubb, was born on July 6, 1850, in Frederick township,Montgomery county. Pa. He attended the public schooluntil he arrived at the age of sixteen, and then attended theFredej-ick Institute for one year. During this time he lived. REV. N. B.
