OCEAN (Aug. 29, 2018) Boatswain's Mate 1st Class Kevin Connolly, from Cove City, , right, relays a message to Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Jauregui Gerardo, from Panorama City, Calif., on the flight deck aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG 72). Vella Gulf is currently underway conducting sea trials in the Atlantic Ocean.
