YOKOSUKA, Japan (Mar. 17, 2022) Capt. Rich Jarrett, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), left, and Amy Rule, wife of Ambassador Rahm Emmanuel, commemorate the reopening of Ajisai Heights. Ajisai Heights was recently revitalized as a project to improve housing onboard CFAY. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the 7th fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
