NORFOLK, Va. (June 15, 2018) Senior Chief Culinary Specialist Marcin Puszczalo, from Swindica, Poland, is frocked to the rank of senior chief petty officer aboard the aircraft carrier USS George Bush (CVN 77). Twelve new senior chief petty officers were pinned during a frocking ceremony in the ship’s hangar bay.
