I drive passed this semi-derelict old barn at Nanny Brow, on the River Brathay, just outside Ambleside on a very regular basis, and although I have photographed it in the past, it was a long time ago and - I suspect - on the bank of failed hard drives that I can no longer access! Today I stopped off to shoot a panorama of the place in passing as it is one of those well known Lakes landmarks that always gives me a smile - the river is quite some distance away!
