Ryan Passey - of Stourbridge, West Midlands - was callously murdered whilst enjoying a night out with friends in August 2017. A few months later, in February 2018, his killer - who had admitted not only to stabbing Ryan but also fleeing the scene and attempting to dispose of the murder weapon - walked free from court without sentence or punishment.
