Marines with 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division depart a Bell Boeing V-22B Osprey flown by Marine Medium Tilt-rotor Squadron 263, Marine Aircraft Group 29, 2nd Marine Air Wing, during the Regimental Air Assault Course, a sub event of Integrated Training Exercise (ITX), 3-21 at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California, April 16, 2021. The purpose of ITX is to create a challenging, realistic training environment that produces combat-ready forces capable of operating as an integrated Marine Air Ground Task Force.
