St Pauls Churchyard is a refurbishment project in the iconic area of St Pauls. It comprises of an office cut and carve which forms around 80,000 sy ft of retail and office space. The reception, lifts and staircases are reconfigured as to provide a modern open plan space to a cat A level. An additional level of offices was created on the current roof to provide a 6th floor, formed of structural steelwork and glazed units. New windows were installed and the existing facade repaired and cleaned.
