Hare Krishna festival of the Chariot, Leicester City, UK
The festival of Chariots took place in Leicester. Over three hundred people, danced, sung and chanted there way from the City Centre to Cossington Park. The forty feet high highly decorated chariot carrying the deities is pulled by participants using ropes. The Chariot festival in Leicester is one of the largest in Europe. Singing, dancing and chanting as the chariot makes it's way through the centre of Leicester.
