IT was a positive pleasure for theCommissioner to be back againin the midst of his Eastern offi-cers and soldiers to conduct fourgreat meetings in the Academyof Music, where he has fought many •a battle and won many a victory inby-gone days. The Provincial Officer, BrigadierTuniir, met our leaders at Moncton,. His Honor Fraser, Who. presided at the Commissionersmeeting at Halifax. while the Chancellor, Major Phillips,joined the writer and Acljt. Morris atSt. John.
