OKINAWA, Japan (Oct. 22, 2018) Command Master Chief Alonso Cadena, command master chief of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, raises the battalion flag during a Relief in Place/Transfer of Authority ceremony at Camp Shields in Okinawa, Japan, in which NMCB-3 received authority of the camp from NMCB-5.
