GILEAD METHODIST CHURCH INTERESTING DAY AT MOUNTGILEAD Sunday, the 20th of January, was agreat day for the Methodist of MountGilead. At 11 a. m. the McAulay Me-morial pipe organ was opened anddedicated. Mr. J. G. Steed in a mosteloquent address presented the organto the official board and the pastor,Rev. J. A. Martin, accepted the gift inbehalf of the official board and churchmembership. The organ is given by Mr. J. A. Mc-Aulay in memory of his deceased pa-rents, three sisters and daughter. is a loyal Methodist and hasbeen chairman of the board of trusteesfor a long time. Our church is well equipped, havinghad a new Sunday school building re-cently erected. We have a beginnerdepartment, primary department, ju-nior department with six class rooms,ladies parlor, pastors study, and fiveadult class rooms beside the main au-ditorium.
