(December 19, 2017) Aviation Structural Mechanic 3rd Class Rowdy Murphy, left, and Aviation Structural Mechanic 2nd Class Andrew Hill, right, both assigned to the "Skinny Dragons" of Patrol Squadron (VP) 4, use hydraulic jacks to lift a P-8A Poseidon aircraft off the ground in order to perform a landing gear free-fall check during an A-10 inspection. All P-8A Poseidon aircaft undergo comprehensive A-10 inspections every 2 1/2 years in accordance to regulations.
