Tim Haries arrives at Southwark Crown Court in London Britain on 17 September 2013. Mr. Haries, 41, from Doncaster in South Yorkshire, will appear charged with criminal damage over £5,000 of defacing portrait of the Queen in Westminster Abbey. The Ralph Heimans canvas, which was put on public display just last month, was damaged with spray paint.
